Assistant Manager, DA Key Account [Israel]


 
Position Summary
1. Maximize sales and profits by setting up and managing marketing strategy best for the relevant market/customer based on the global/regional strategy.
2. General responsible for setting up the best localized product strategy, and for the right-time delivery.
3. Provide the foundation for continued sales and profit creation by identifying new opportunities and connecting them with sales based on continuous communicate with the region and organization one is in charge of.
4. Secure product competitiveness by setting up differentiating strategy after analyzing the market, customers, competitors and technology.
5. Set up long-term strategic relations by continuously developing cooperative business model with clients.
Role and Responsibilities
  • Meeting and exceeding set KPIs per sales quotas.
  • Set up sell-out incentive plan with customers.
  • Conducting market visits and analyzing data.
  • Analyzing PSI (purchase, Sales and Inventory) data
  • Oversee and be the main point of contact for the category managers.
  • Oversee the issue of sales orders and provide status to partners.
  • Communicate with partners on new products.
  • Working closely with marketing dep. to create new promotions and events with the partners
  • Providing weekly reports of sales-related KPIs
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-8 years’ experience, including experience in a global company.
  • High analytical skills- experience in analysing complex data
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand and manage complex processes
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team and as an individual.
  • Self-learning ability
  • High PPT and Excel skills.
  • English- High level.
