A leading IT company is looking for a French speaker to join their Client Support Team.

Position French Speaker Client Support

Location Warsaw office - City Centre or hybrid model (3 days a week in the office, 2 days working from home)

Working Hours Monday to Friday, office hours

Job type Permanent, Full time

Salary Depending on Experience

Responsibilities

  • Providing consultative support and always going an extra mile to help the customer/client
  • Working with B2B client to resolve the queries and technical issue
  • Channels: Email, Phone, Chat Support
  • Communication with other departments and product teams
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrating flexibility resilience and keeping always positive attitude

Your Profile

  • Fluent French and English skills both in writing and speaking (C2 level)
  • Experience in customer facing role (Customer service or Technical Support)
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
