The Opportunity

Veolia ANZ is seeking a Hook Truck Driver that will be responsible for providing timely waste collection services, to join our Team in Port Stephens 2319, early start - Monday to Friday.

• Monday - Friday, overtime available

What you'll be responsible for

• Operating a waste collection truck from the transfer station to our landfill locations

• Maintain a healthy and safe work environment

• Working on secure long term contracts collecting waste

• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to learn to operate a range of fleet and equipment

• Undertaking basic truck inspections and maintenance

What you'll need to be successful

• 
  HR licence as a minimum requirement

• Experience in the waste industry is a bonus but not essential

• Positive attitude

• Safety conscious mindset

• Undergo to a medical assessment and drug & alcohol test
