Job Summary:

IT Z Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Remote Membership Consultant located in Ontario, Canada to join our team. As a Remote Membership Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting and engaging with prospective clients in a remote setting about our IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions to prospective clients through various remote channels, including phone, email, and online meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through research, lead generation, and networking.
  • Present and demonstrate our membership services to prospective clients, helping them understand the benefits and value proposition, and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
  • Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful engagement.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to generate new business opportunities and maintain existing client accounts.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Work closely with the pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for generating and managing leads for new business opportunities that fit IT Z’s core competency and ideal customer profile.
  • Analyzes the territory's market potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers to IT Z.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Agent or in a similar role, preferably in an IT industry, ITSM solutions, and/or membership or service-oriented industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a self-starter mindset, as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Plans and organizes a personal sales strategy to maximize the Return on Time Investment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation:

Please note that this is a 100% commission-based, remote role with no base salary. The candidate can work from anywhere in the world as an individual contributor and compensation will be entirely determined by their sales performance. Please note, this role is commission based. If you're a skilled sales person you can make upwards of $250,000 per year. However, if you're new to sales, this compensation structure may be difficult for you to live on.
