Job Description: • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department • Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database • Handles petty cash fund reimbursements for all agency funds • Maintaining the financial records of the company through analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts • Assisting with other accounting-related duties. Job Requirement: • At least 1 year experience in relevant fields. • Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software (EG: SQL Account)\ • Data entry and word processing skills • Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus
